HOW DO I GET TO DISCIPLEMAKERS CONFERENCE?

DISCIPLEMAKERS conference is hosted at C3 Church Ellerslie. It is ideally located with easy access to the Southern Motorway, and is well serviced with both train and bus services. Public transport timetables and journey planners for both train and bus services are available at at.govt.nz while Google maps can provide driving directions from any New Zealand location.
C3 Church Ellerslie is located 2 minutes’ walk from the Bus stop or 6 minutes’ walk from the Train station.

ARE MEALS PROVIDED?

No, but there will be a café onsite for purchases of coffee and snacks. Also Ellerslie Township is only a short 5 minute walk away.

WHERE WILL I PARK?

There are free parks onsite, on the street and on neighborhood properties (as directed by carpark assistants)

WHERE CAN I GET MY REGISTRATION ARMBAND FROM?

You can pick up your registration armband from the registration desk from 5.00pm on the 23rd of February.

WHEN AND WHERE IS DISCIPLEMAKERS CONFERENCE 2017?

DISCIPLEMAKERS Conference will be held from Thursday evening to Saturday evening, 23rd to 25th Feb 2017 and will be held at C3 Church Auckland, 20 Cawley Street, Ellerslie, Auckland, New Zealand.

WHERE CAN I REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE?

You can register online here or alternatively in person at any of our C3 New Zealand Churches. You can fill out a registration form (including credit card details) and hand it to the church administrators.

WHAT IS THE PROGRAMME AND/OR WHO IS SPEAKING AT EACH SESSION?

The programme of speakers is not released until the conference starts. You can see the general programme by clicking here.

DOES MY REGISTRATION INCLUDE MEALS?

No, but there will be a café onsite for purchases of coffee and snacks. Also Ellerslie Township is only a short 5 minute walk away.

I WOULD LIKE TO INVITE OTHERS, HOW CAN I OBTAIN A COPY OF THE BROCHURE?

If you would like extra brochures, contact us with your address at Disciplemakers@c3.org.nz, we can also send you a copy of the promotional video and registration card(s).

I NEED SOME EXTRA TLC, CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS?

If you are very pregnant, suffering from a severe illness or ailment, require wheelchair or disabled access or are 65+, we will be able to assist you. Email your name and email address to disciplemakers@c3.org.nz by 15th February 2017.

We will email you further information closer to conference. We cannot confirm we will be able to accommodate any requests after this date.

CAN I JUST COME FOR A DAY/NIGHT?

Day/night registrations are released closer to Conference and are contingent on available space. Our 2017 Conference is expected to sell out so we encourage you to register for a full conference pass as soon as possible.

IS THERE A CHILDREN'S PROGRAMME?

There is a Parents’ Room for children up until 2 years of age. This includes a live feed of all main sessions. A full programme runs for boys & girls aged 2-12 years of age during all sessions and workshops. The cost is $19 & $39 for the all children from the same family. Because the price is so reasonable we do not offer a separate rate for individual nights or days. If your child has special allergies or medical requirements, we ask that you please provide us with the details. Lunch & Dinner is not provided so remember to pick up your children in the breaks. You can register online when you register yourself, we require all registrations before conference starts.

WILL THERE BE DISABILITY PARKING?

If you have a disability sticker, you will need to have this in your vehicle when you arrive at conference. If you are from an area that does not provide these, please email your details to disciplemakers@c3.org.nz by 15th of February so we can provide one for you. Please note there are limited disability parks so you will need to arrive early to be sure to get one.

CAN I VOLUNTEER FOR CONFERENCE?

IS THERE ANY ALLOCATION SEATING?

Due to limited space allocated seating is provided for our invited guests. The rest is given as a first come first served basis.

IF I CANCEL MY TICKET DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Any amendments and/or refunds must be notified in writing to the conference organisers. Cancellations received in writing before the 5th February 2017 will receive a refund, less an administration fee of $20NZD. No refunds will be made however to cancellations received after 15th February 2017 however a substitute delegate is welcome. Please inform us in writing before 20th February if you plan to do this and enclose the registration form of the delegate who is replacing you, a $10NZD administration fee applies for any transfers.

ARE THERE ANY NEARBY FACILITIES FOR SHOPPING AND MEALS?

SYLVIA PARK is a short 10 minute drive down the southern motorway from Ellerslie, or a 30 minute bus trip, and offers New Zealand’s largest shopping centre. SYLVIA PARK offers over 70,000 sqm of quality retail space anchored by The Warehouse, Countdown, PAK’nSAVE and Hoyts Cinemas, along with an extensive range of quality mini-major and specialty tenancies. It also offers restaurants as well as a food court and other fast food.

Ellerslie Township is a short 5 minute walk away and offers Restaurants, Bars, bakeries & Cafes.

CAN I PURCHASE THE SESSIONS?

Video recordings from each session will be available for purchase at the resource center at conference. A download card with a link will be posted/emailed to you post conference.
